About Kristen
I'm a certified classical Pilates instructor and have a B.A. in dance. I've been a personalized coach for people of all ages for over 15 years. Pilates helped me remain without injury as a performer, challenge my personal growth and to stay connected to my body during and after pregnancy.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Private sessions include Pilates Mat and Apparatus training which builds upon a strong core and foundational exercise. Focus on the six principles of Pilates, Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow of movement.
ONLINE TRAINING
Weekly Online Mat classes engage personalized modifications. Learn the matwork, and use small props, and apparatus which can include 1-3lb weights, the Magic Circle, and Theraband. Classes are on Zoom for one hour.
CORPORATE TRAINING
Group plans available for strength and flexibility training and mind-body connection through Pilates.
