Private Sessions include the traditional Pilates system which is Mat, Reformer and  additional Apparatus which includes the Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrels. The client is guided through exercises, developing an individual level of fitness.

ONLINE MAT CLASSES

My online classes are open to all levels of fitness. Semi - private Mat Classes support each client to ensure proper placement and quality of movement.

 MUSCLE TONE

A naturally occurring lean musculature is achieved through the continual practice of Pilates.  As you are guided in a session, the entire body works in each exercise. Find symmetry, in body awareness and work more efficiently.

 CORE STRENGTH

Pilates focuses on the use of the core as well as the entire "Powerhouse," which refers to all the muscles around the spine in the abdomen, glutes and inner thighs. No other training method creates this deep core connection.
